Hydraulic Services Consultant

About the role

ACOR is seeking a Hydraulic Services Consultant to join its growing Sydney office. You will work on a diverse portfolio of defence, government, health, commercial and industrial projects, delivering hydraulic services designs from concept through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hydraulic services designs and documentation for building and infrastructure projects.
• Design systems such as sanitary drainage, trade waste, water supply, roof drainage, fuel gas, fire hydrants and related components.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Undertake site inspections, technical assessments, design coordination and project delivery activities.
• Contribute to the development of ACOR's hydraulic standards and delivery practices.

Required profile

• Experience in hydraulic services consulting, contracting or design environments.
• Qualifications in Engineering, Hydraulic Services Design or an equivalent recognised pathway.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC requirements for hydraulic services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Desire to develop technical expertise and professional capability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam or similar software.
