About the role

Join the G’day Group team on beautiful Rottnest Island as a Food & Beverage Duty Manager. You will lead daily operations at Pinky’s restaurant and ensure guests enjoy seamless, high‑quality dining experiences in a stunning resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Food & Beverage service areas, maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of front‑of‑house staff.
• Manage stock levels, rostering and inventory control.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the wider resort team to deliver consistent excellence.
• Participate in an on‑call roster for after‑hours support as needed.

Required profile

• Previous management experience in Food & Beverage.
• Valid WA Unrestricted Approved Managers Card.
• Current driver’s licence and RSA certificate.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a passion for guest experience.
• Strong organisational abilities and quick decision‑making.
