Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

Join the café team at Jak & Hill, part of Veriu Group’s expanding hotel portfolio. You will deliver friendly service to guests while supporting busy breakfast and lunch periods.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and processing payments.
• Prepare and serve coffee, drinks and food, and clear and reset tables.
• Maintain a clean and organised café environment.
• Assist with basic food preparation when required.
• Support the team during peak periods and provide room service for hotel guests.

Required profile

• Approved Australian working rights (citizenship, permanent residency or visa with work rights).
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or ability to obtain before starting).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
