Food & Beverage Attendant - Green Island Resort

About the role

Green Island Resort, a 4-star resort on a 6,000-year-old coral cay in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park, is inviting expressions of interest from enthusiastic, customer-focused people to join its Food & Beverage team as a Food & Beverage Attendant. The role suits people who enjoy a fast-paced hospitality environment and delivering great guest experiences, with potential for casual, part-time or full-time work as vacancies arise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service
• Greet guests and process orders professionally and welcomingly
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front of house teams
• Support the bar, café, restaurant or buffet operations as rostered
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of service areas

Required profile

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Passion for customer service
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Previous hospitality experience, including bar and barista work, is desirable
