Food & Beverage Attendant – Dinner Service

About the role

Join the signature restaurant The Dining Room at Park Hyatt Sydney as a Food & Beverage Attendant, delivering exceptional dinner service to an exclusive clientele. You will provide attentive, courteous service while upholding Hyatt International Standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests during dinner shifts, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Explain menu items, daily specials, and promotional activities to guests.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and well‑set tables and dining areas before and after service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate orders and timing.
• Adhere to health, safety, and responsible service of alcohol regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a fine‑dining or high‑standard Food & Beverage environment.
• Team‑player with a proactive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and a solid work ethic.
• Current NSW RSA Certificate.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of wines and other beverages.
