Food & Beverage Attendant – Desert Gardens

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Desert Gardens outlet at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT. You will be part of a vibrant team delivering memorable hospitality experiences to guests from around the world while living onsite in a unique Red Centre location.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the outlet‑specific service sequence to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and serve a range of beverages in compliance with NT Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) legislation and company policy.
• Identify and communicate guests’ dietary requirements to relevant team members.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction at every touch‑point of the service journey.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Current RSA certification and willingness to adhere to local alcohol service laws.
• Ability to work onsite in a remote resort environment and pass a national criminal history check.

Required skills

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
