Food & Beverage Attendant – Conferencing & Events

About the role

Crystalbrook Bailey, a modern, creative hotel in Cairns, is looking for a Food & Beverage Attendant for its Conferencing & Events team. You will help make event moments feel effortless by preparing event spaces, welcoming guests and delivering attentive food and beverage service throughout each event. The role is casual, with an expected 16-24 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces and welcome guests
• Deliver attentive food and beverage service throughout each event
• Keep an eye on timing and notice what guests need
• Make sure every space is ready for what comes next

Required profile

• Previous food and beverage experience, ideally in a hotel, events venue or busy hospitality setting
• A current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
• Warm, professional approach and confidence speaking with guests
• Availability across a seven-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
