Food & Beverage Attendant, Banquet Attendant, Barista or Cocktail Bartender

About the role

Join the newly opened Langham, Gold Coast, where luxury hospitality meets a vibrant culinary scene. We are looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants, Banquet Attendants, Baristas and Cocktail Bartenders to deliver memorable experiences for our guests across multiple venues.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and provide consistent, high‑quality service throughout dining, banquets and bar areas.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, beverages and service standards to ensure a seamless luxury experience.
• Support smooth operation of fine‑dining, casual and banquet settings, including set‑up, service and breakdown.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service experience in hospitality or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for interacting with guests.
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certification and Australian work rights.

Required skills

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
