About the role
Ventia is recruiting full‑time Food and Beverage Staff to work at the Tindal RAAF Base in Katherine, NT. The role offers a permanent position with an hourly rate of $26.11 plus superannuation, uniform and PPE supplied, and on‑the‑job training.
Key responsibilities
- Serve military personnel during breakfast, lunch and dinner messes.
- Provide professional bar service in line with RSA standards.
- Maintain clean and tidy dining and bar areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation and restocking as needed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Work collaboratively as part of a friendly team.
Required profile
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Valid Australian driver’s licence.
- Willingness to undergo a Defence Security Clearance and Australian Federal Police check.
- Eagerness to learn and deliver outstanding guest service.
