Food and Beverage Attendant - Tandara Hotel

About the role

Tandara Hotel in Sarina, Queensland is looking for a Food and Beverage Attendant, described as a true 'people person' with a passion for pub food and drinks. The role is on the front line of the floor, from the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, ensuring high standards and a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making every visit memorable
• Share your passion for the products and recommend the right meal or drink to each guest
• Deliver top-notch customer service throughout the shift
• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and where legally able

Required profile

• Natural at making people feel welcome and attentive to the little details
• Team player motivated to create a great experience for guests and colleagues
• Current RSA certificate and flexible availability
• Ability to handle and lift manually (stock, kegs, deliveries) safely and efficiently
• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn is an asset
