Join the Banquets team at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour as a Food & Beverage Attendant. You will help deliver five‑star events, from intimate gatherings to large conferences, ensuring every guest experience is polished and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms, tables, and service stations according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages with precision, covering plated service, buffets, and cocktail functions.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and maintain a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth event flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the service area.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality and detail‑oriented.
