Floor Manager – Lead Store Operations and Team

About the role

As a Floor Manager you will lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, set the tone for an inspiring store environment and drive results on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service through expert styling advice, product knowledge and an engaging store experience.
• Analyse sales data and work with the Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify future talent and contribute to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and brand‑standard alignment.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for every customer.
• Step in as Store Manager when required to ensure continuity.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a genuine passion for engaging with shoppers.
• Enthusiastic about the product range and able to share that enthusiasm.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback and committed to personal development.
• Excellent communication skills, both with customers and the team.
• Proven team‑leadership experience in fast‑paced retail environments.
• Strong analytical thinking with understanding of key retail KPIs.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to work varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
