Fleet & Project Coordinator

About the role

The Fleet & Project Coordinator ensures the efficient operation of infravision's air and ground fleet across Australia. Working closely with the Operations leadership team and the Chief Report Pilot, you will manage asset availability, maintenance schedules, and project coordination to support field operators.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational readiness, maintenance, and repairs of UAS assets, ground support and line‑stringing equipment, ensuring compliance with asset management frameworks.
• Assist project managers with scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, milestone tracking and risk escalation.
• Provide on‑call and on‑site technical troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and supply accurate technical data to sales/marketing.
• Lead payload integration, assembly (including 3D‑printed components), spare‑parts inventory management and testing for product improvement.
• Organise equipment logistics, site transport, travel arrangements and resource scheduling for field teams.
• Manage OEM and supplier relationships, facilitate client communications, project documentation and cross‑team alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or equivalent hands‑on experience in drone fleet operations or technical project support.
• Proven experience in UAS hardware, transmission line stringing equipment, payload assembly and mechanical/electrical maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, budgets and technical documentation using project‑management tools.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to support field operators and stakeholders.
