Fleet Marketing & Administrator Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Fleet Marketing & Administrator Coordinator to support the growth and success of Toyota's fleet business. You will coordinate fleet operations, support sales initiatives, and deliver outstanding experiences for corporate, government and not‑for‑profit customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the end‑to‑end fleet ordering process for government and key fleet customers, ensuring seamless order management, vehicle allocation and on‑time delivery.
• Support regional fleet sales initiatives, identify dealer opportunities and help optimise order‑to‑delivery performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and dealer network to communicate fleet plans, progress updates and priorities.
• Analyse performance data and market trends to provide insights and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate reporting and fleet management systems for effective planning and forecasting.

Required profile

• Experience in sales support, fleet, logistics or operational coordination.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of sales operations from a customer, dealer or OEM perspective is advantageous.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
