Fleet Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)

About the role

YTO Australia, part of YTO Express Group, is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to oversee daily transportation operations and keep the fleet running smoothly. The role suits someone who is organised, hands-on and experienced in logistics or fleet management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery and transport schedules, maximising vehicle use and minimising idle time
• Monitor driver routes, trip logs and GPS tracking, create driver rosters and supervise drivers on safety, compliance and professionalism
• Manage vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections, and ensure vehicles meet registration, insurance and safety requirements
• Maintain relationships with external service providers for timely repairs
• Track fleet costs such as fuel, maintenance and insurance, identify efficiency improvements and prepare regular fleet performance reports
• Keep vehicle documentation accurate and up to date, and work with Operations, Finance and other teams on fleet capacity, new systems and safety/sustainability initiatives

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, transport or fleet coordination
• Strong communication and coordination skills with drivers, service providers and internal teams
• Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and transport compliance
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Rights to work in Australia

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data analysis
• Experience with fleet management software is an advantage
