Fleet Allocator (Delivery Execution Officer)

About the role

Cement Australia is looking for a Fleet Allocator (internally called a Delivery Execution Officer) for its Pinkenba depot. The role keeps the fleet running smoothly by making sure deliveries happen on time, liaising with drivers and customers and solving issues before they become problems. It is a pivotal position with impact across the company's depots nationally.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate deliveries to meet performance and customer delivery targets (DIFOT).
• Work closely with drivers and contractors to manage daily fleet operations.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely delivery based on customer needs.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to delivery issues.
• Keep communication clear and proactive between internal teams and customers.
• Operate safely and responsibly in line with SHEQ standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fleet allocation, scheduling or transport operations.
• Good communication skills with team members and customers.
• A cool head under pressure and an eye for detail.
• A background in the cement, concrete or heavy logistics industry is a bonus but not essential.

Required skills

• Digital tools; Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP are preferred.

What we offer

• Roster Monday to Friday plus every second Saturday, 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
• After full training, the option to work from home one weekday and one Saturday per month.
• Total package of $108,946 inclusive of superannuation.
