Customer Service & Logistics Planner (Allocator)

About the role

Heidelberg Materials is looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Planner (allocator) to join its Customer Service Centre team in Brisbane, reporting directly to the Regional Manager. The team delivers a high level of customer service and logistics expertise, and the role suits people eager to learn and grow within a friendly, team-centred workplace.

The office is in the Skygate Precinct near Brisbane Airport, with a large on-site carpark and end-of-trip facilities. Shifts are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, but flexibility is needed to cover business hours of 4am-7pm occasionally, and the position includes 1 in 3 Saturdays.

• No logistics or construction industry experience is required; training is provided through structured programs.
