Finishes Foreman – Luxury Multi‑Residential Projects

About the role

We are looking for an elite Finishes Foreman to lead the delivery of high‑specification internal and external finishes on flagship residential and mixed‑use projects valued at $120M+ in Brisbane. The role demands meticulous attention to luxury detail and the ability to drive a flawless finishes program from handover through to defect rectification.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all internal and external finishes from structural handover to final handover and defects rectification.
• Implement strict QA/QC procedures to ensure premium fixtures, bespoke joinery, and architectural finishes meet Tier 1 standards.
• Lead, motivate and manage high‑performing finishing trades, maintaining tight schedules and safety compliance.
• Identify design or constructability bottlenecks on‑site and work with the Site Manager and Project Engineers to resolve them.
• Maintain an uncompromising culture of site safety and compliance on Tier 1/2 equivalent sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Tier 1 or Upper Tier 2 commercial/residential building environments.
• Track record on multi‑residential, commercial or mixed‑use projects valued between $100M and $200M+.
• Deep understanding of premium finishes, architectural materials, complex geometries and high‑end residential expectations.
• Carpentry or finishing trade background with supervisory qualifications (Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to hold subcontractors accountable to deadlines and quality benchmarks.
