About the role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting, on behalf of a leading Australian lender specialising in fast and flexible loans, a Financial Sales Representative. The role centres on understanding each customer's loan needs and securing the loan by phone, with a focus on high-volume calls to new and existing prospects.
Key responsibilities
- Dialogue with prospects to identify new business
- Create tailored customer service for all partners
- Manage a B2B portfolio of accounts
- Build strong relationships with existing partners and customers
Required profile
- 1-2 years of client relationship or sales experience
- Degree-educated; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience and ability to handle a high volume of calls
- Financial sales experience preferred
What we offer
- $70,000 base salary plus superannuation and commission
- Guaranteed commission of $7,500 in the first 3 months
