Finance Transformation Senior Manager

About the role

As a Senior Manager in Finance Transformation at PwC Australia, you will partner with major ASX‑listed companies and large organisations to shape future‑focused finance strategies, evolve operating models and lead complex transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement finance strategies and target operating models, including Global Business Services, working directly with senior executives.
• Lead deployment of cloud ERP, EPM, automation and AI technologies to drive process excellence and finance efficiency.
• Advance Enterprise Performance Management capabilities to provide deep performance insights and accelerate decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong consulting or project‑oriented background with proven finance transformation delivery across P2P, O2C, R2R and FP&A.
• Hands‑on advisory experience with finance technologies and automation tools, especially SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
