Finance Transformation Manager

About the role

As a Finance Transformation Manager at PwC Australia, you will shape future‑focused finance strategies, evolve operating models and lead complex transformation programmes for major ASX‑listed companies and large organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute finance strategies and target operating models across people, process, technology and data.
• Improve end‑to‑end finance processes (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, O2C, P2P, R2R) to boost efficiency and business impact.
• Implement and optimise digital finance technologies such as Cloud ERP/EPM, automation and AI.
• Lead large‑scale finance transformation programmes, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Consulting or project‑oriented background with experience delivering finance transformation.
• Expertise in finance operating model design and end‑to‑end process improvement across P2P, O2C, R2R and FP&A/PB&F.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Interest in future‑of‑finance trends, including AI and Agentic Finance.
