Finance Supply Chain Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Supply Chain Business Partner will support the Farmland Dairy team, working closely with local site operations and finance teams in China to enhance financial visibility and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support an accurate and timely monthly close.
• Complete cost calculations and analysis to support business decisions.
• Prepare and analyse factory operational statistics.
• Monitor expenditure, prepare monthly expense analysis and resolve variances.
• Partner with Finance Shared Service Centre to clarify data requirements and improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management or related field with a recognised accounting qualification.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong written English communication.
• Strong financial accounting background, preferably in manufacturing or a large accounting firm.
• Hands‑on experience with month‑end close, accounts payable/receivable, bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Experience in forecast planning, budgeting and knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and IFRS.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, data analysis).
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
