Finance Manager

About the role

JLL is hiring a Finance Manager who is responsible for the financial stewardship, commercial performance and operational governance of designated client accounts. The role acts as the primary financial business partner to the Account Director, the client's finance representatives and JLL Corporate, ensuring commercial value is maximised while maintaining rigorous compliance and control. The position is listed for Melbourne, VIC and Sydney, NSW.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the management and administration of the Service Provider Agreement between client and JLL, and ensure client interfaces and reporting are accurate and timely
• Contribute to efficient account-wide operations and assist the Finance Director and Senior Finance Manager with contract price variations and contractual pricing adjustments
• Manage the contract variations process, including pricing, documentation and approval
• Manage corporate month-end, forecasting and budgeting processes and reporting to the Account Director, Corporate Business Finance Director and Senior Finance Manager
• Own finance-related contract KPIs so there is minimal commercial impact on the account
• Manage vendor payments and service levels of JLL internal and external suppliers
• Lead critical projects such as benchmarking and online dashboards
• Manage the client finance relationship, oversee the Shared Services team, support system implementation and ensure data integrity between JD Edwards and other systems (Portfolio, Helpdesk, Corrigo)
• Ensure the team meets audit requirements and support ad-hoc reporting and other JLL and client initiatives

Required profile

• 10 years' experience in finance
• Strong proven financial and commercial governance experience
• Experience managing and leading finance teams
• Ability to manage multiple complex deliverables, prioritise work under tight deadlines and solve problems strategically
• CPA/CA qualification highly regarded
