Finance Business Partner - Manufacturing

About the role

A leading FMCG manufacturer with a national footprint and established consumer brands is recruiting a Finance Business Partner for its manufacturing sites, based in Dandenong, Victoria. Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you will partner with operational leaders across several sites, giving them financial insight and commercial support to improve performance and drive EBIT growth. The role is full-time, high impact, and involves spending about four days on each of multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing and operations leaders to improve site performance and profitability
• Lead monthly reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and latest estimates
• Deliver actionable insights on labour, production, cost and operational performance drivers
• Build financial models, business cases and scenario analysis to support decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation and financial governance across sites

Required profile

• CA, CPA or CIMA qualified, with experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance
• Strong business partnering skills gained in FMCG, food manufacturing or a similar operational environment
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and operational performance analysis
• Commercially minded, with strong communication, analytical and influencing skills
