Finance Business Partner

About the role

Service Stream is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support its Water contracts within the Utilities business unit. Based in Hope Valley with travel to other local sites, you will provide both hands‑on analysis and strategic financial insight at contract and portfolio levels.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial and financial performance of contracts through forecasting, pricing, risk management, and cost optimisation.
• Manage contract and portfolio financial forecasting, budgeting, EBITDA, cash‑flow and variance analysis, delivering clear performance insights to management.
• Partner with operational teams to achieve financial targets, lead audit activities and review business cases for senior decision‑making.

Required profile

• Considerable experience in a medium to large company, preferably in project, construction, asset maintenance or manufacturing.
• Proven track record in preparing financial and management reporting, including forecasts and budgets.
• Ability to resolve complex problems autonomously and develop new initiatives.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP S4HANA.
• Familiarity with Jobpac, IFS, Greentree and TM1.
• CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent).
