Business Development Manager – Emerging Corporates

About the role

Westpac is expanding its Emerging Corporates team in South Australia. Based in Adelaide, you will identify and convert new business opportunities through direct customer engagement and broker channels, helping businesses access tailored lending solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate and commercial lending customers.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, referral partners, introducers and brokers.
• Structure complex lending solutions and assess credit risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to uncover broader banking opportunities, including home lending.

Required profile

• Strong experience in commercial and corporate lending, cash‑flow lending and credit assessment.
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and developing lasting relationships.
• Established networks across referral partners, introducers and broker channels.
