Finance Business Partner – Innovation

About the role

Join Easygo’s Commercial Finance team as a Finance Business Partner supporting the Innovation portfolio, which includes the Group’s payments function, an in‑house game studio and other early‑stage ventures. You will design P&L and reporting frameworks, ensure financial control as the businesses scale, and work closely with venture leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver annual budget and quarterly re‑forecasts for the Innovation portfolio, coordinating inputs from product and functional leads.
• Build integrated P&L, cash‑flow and operating driver models that are accurate, well‑documented and user‑friendly.
• Own monthly management reporting, including margin analysis, unit economics and variance commentary with actionable recommendations.
• Track headcount, OPEX and CAPEX against plan, flagging risks and opportunities early.
• Support business cases, investment proposals and new initiatives with thorough financial analysis.
• Analyse pricing, fee structures, promotional activity and assist vendor negotiations with benchmarking and total cost of ownership analysis.
• Partner with Data and Analytics on SQL and Databricks data, design reconciliation processes and automate recurring reporting.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering.
• Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills, advanced Excel and working knowledge of SQL.
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or related field; CA, CPA or CIMA qualified or near completion.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Databricks.
• Proven ability to influence non‑finance stakeholders and communicate financial concepts clearly.
• Comfort operating across multiple entities, currencies and jurisdictions in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
