About the role

Join Iress as a Finance Business Partner for APAC Wealth, working closely with leadership to turn complex financial data into high‑impact strategies and drive sustainable profit growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with APAC Wealth leadership to shape strategic plans, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and 5‑year projections.
• Transform complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that guide commercial decision‑making.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, challenge existing practices and propose operational efficiencies.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects, build business cases, advise on contract renewals and evaluate new revenue pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and act as a true advisor.
• Proactive ownership, high standards and a track record of driving process change and automation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to simplify complex numbers.
