Field Service Technician – North Queensland

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, trade‑qualified Refrigeration or Electrical Technician to join our Field Service team in North Queensland. You will install and service Coca‑Cola European Partners’ beverage dispensing equipment, ensuring high‑quality standards and excellent customer service across a wide geographic area.

Key responsibilities

• Complete installations according to Fountain Installation Standards.
• Maintain safety for yourself, colleagues, customers and consumers.
• Deliver equipment on time, meeting customer and sales expectations.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage inventory, conduct stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Record work time accurately using IT systems.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects, toolbox talks and safety audits.

Required profile

• Refrigeration or Electrical trade qualification with a current electrical licence.
• Current CPR certification and a valid Construction Industry White Card.
• Experience in the beverage industry or beer reticulation.
• Strong relationship‑building and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
