Field Sales Manager – Victoria & Tasmania

About the role

The Field Sales Manager will drive growth and profitability across Victoria and Tasmania by overseeing sell‑out performance, market share, and POS marketing execution. You will act as the primary liaison for dealers and fleet service providers, expanding the network footprint and ensuring brand standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage sell‑out volume and market‑share growth, collaborating with Key Account Managers.
• Implement and optimise POS marketing programmes, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and supporting dealer execution.
• Grow and maintain relationships with dealers and fleet service providers, serving as the main point of contact.
• Oversee store refurbishment and fit‑out projects, delivering on time and within budget.
• Manage reporting, budgeting, and record‑keeping to support regional and global business requirements.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in a business‑related discipline (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a comparable role with executional accountability.
• Proven success in licensing or franchising, preferably within retail or commercial consumer environments.
• Experience in consumer research and insights.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and influence independent business operators.
• Strong negotiation skills across small to national accounts.
• Solid sales and account‑management track record.
