Facade Project Manager

About the role

The Facade Project Manager leads the delivery of high‑quality façade projects from concept through to installation, ensuring they meet Hickey’s standards for design, safety, budget and schedule. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder expectations and drive innovative construction solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and manage project scope to align with budget and timeline goals.
• Engage and direct specialist professionals such as engineers, overseeing design meetings and progress.
• Oversee procurement, validation and delivery of façade materials, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Select, contract and manage suppliers and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Develop cost estimates, track expenses and maintain financial adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor quality standards, enforce building codes, industry standards and safety protocols.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules, defining milestones and ensuring timely execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading façade or construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated capability to control budgets, schedules and quality outcomes.
