About the role

F45 Training Brunswick West is looking for an energetic and motivated trainer to lead its fast‑paced, 45‑minute functional training classes. This casual coaching position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑energy group environment and wants to contribute to a supportive, results‑driven community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver F45 classes with confidence, energy, and professionalism.
• Coach members on technique and movement quality to ensure safe and effective training.
• Create a motivating class environment for participants of all fitness levels.
• Build rapport with members and help foster the studio’s community culture.
• Represent the F45 brand positively and consistently.

Required profile

• Essential group fitness experience.
• F45 experience highly regarded.
• Current and valid Certificate III or IV in Fitness, First Aid, and CPR.
• Energetic, confident personality with the ability to engage a room.
• Positive, reliable, and professional approach.
• Genuine passion for fitness and helping people achieve results.
