About the role

Greystar is expanding its Melbourne portfolio of Build‑to‑Rent and Purpose‑Built Student Accommodation. We are seeking passionate property and hospitality professionals to join senior onsite roles and support our growing communities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead community operations, leasing, resident services, events and wellbeing programmes across our new developments.
• Oversee building maintenance, facilities and trades teams to ensure high‑quality living experiences.

Required profile

• Experience in community leadership, property operations, leasing, resident services, events coordination or facilities management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to thrive in a dynamic, service‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of residential, hospitality or student accommodation operations.
• Ability to manage teams, coordinate activities and engage residents.
