Experienced Project Architect

About the role

A small but growing studio focused on the hospitality sector is looking for an experienced Project Architect based in Sydney CBD. You will work from start to finish on exciting projects, applying strong project skills to a variety of work. Strong technical and coordination skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with other senior architects and interior designers
• Apply experience in documentation and detailing
• Lead high-level documentation packages
• Work across diverse project types concurrently and manage multiple projects
• Undertake markups and project reviews
• Contribute to the high quality of design input

Required profile

• Strong Revit knowledge is a must
• Relevant hospitality, hotel and retail experience preferred but not essential
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Thorough understanding of the NCC and Australian standards
• Excellent coordination and organisation skills
• Interest in design and the front end of projects, with an enthusiastic attitude
