Executive Manager, Major Client Group - Brisbane

About the role

A newly created growth-focused leadership role within CommBank's Major Client Group (MCG), based in Brisbane. It supports the bank's expansion across key Queensland sectors such as Property Development and Investment, Healthcare, Construction and Local Government. The role reports to senior leadership within MCG and is designed as a growth mandate rather than an additional management layer.

Key responsibilities

• Identify strategic opportunities and deepen client relationships in Property Development and Investment, Healthcare, Construction and Local Government.
• Lead a portfolio covering property investors and developers, healthcare clients (seniors living, aged care and allied health), construction and investment businesses, and local government clients across Queensland.
• Strengthen market presence and industry influence while leading a high-performing team delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
• Lead an experienced team of Directors, Associate Directors and a Team Manager, fostering a culture focused on client outcomes and business development.
• Be highly visible in the market, drive strategic opportunities and partner with specialist Property and Healthcare teams.

Required profile

• Proven banking leader with extensive relationship banking and business development experience.
• Strong leadership capability with experience leading high-performing teams.
• Established network across Queensland's commercial and institutional market.
• Track record of identifying and executing growth opportunities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across CommBank.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Property Development and Investment, Construction, Healthcare and Seniors Living sectors.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
