Executive Director, PCM Sales – Institutional Property & Health

About the role

As Executive Director, PCM Sales – Institutional Property & Health, you will lead the strategic growth and execution of cash management solutions for the IPH segment across Australia. You will be responsible for driving revenue, deepening client relationships and delivering innovative payment and liquidity solutions to institutional property and health clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national PCM strategy for the IPH segment, leveraging ANZ’s end‑to‑end network and new solution developments.
• Collaborate with domestic and regional stakeholders to align PCM strategies with broader Institutional and Coverage goals.
• Represent the PCM business on the Institutional IPH Coverage Leadership Team and partner with Transaction Banking Sales leadership.
• Lead client origination and solution efforts, including account planning and review in partnership with product and coverage colleagues.
• Monitor and drive pipeline opportunities to improve revenue growth, deposit volumes, NII/fee realisation and ROE.
• Engage with product, wholesale digital and technology teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions.
• Champion digital‑first approaches and enhance competitiveness of the IPH offering.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team, fostering collaboration, diversity, innovation and accountability.

Required profile

• Proven ability to develop and implement national cash management strategies.
• Strong experience collaborating with cross‑functional and regional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record in client origination, account planning and revenue growth.
• Leadership experience in coaching and developing high‑performing sales teams.
• Commitment to digital‑first, customer‑centric solution delivery.
