Executive Consultant – Part‑time Asset Management

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking experienced executive consultants to join its asset‑intensive advisory team on a part‑time casual basis in Sydney. The role supports clients across power, water and broader utilities sectors, helping them improve asset management performance.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to develop asset management capabilities such as investment planning, maturity assessments and data management.
• Facilitate workshops, draft reports, insights and presentations with senior team support.
• Support business development by building relationships, contributing to pursuits and identifying growth opportunities.
• Apply strong project management practices to deliver multi‑disciplinary programmes.
• Develop and execute communication strategies tailored to client needs.

Required profile

• Understanding of project management principles and ability to deliver on time, cost and quality.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Degree‑level qualification preferred (engineering, business, economics or related).
• Experience in asset management, preferably within water/utilities, power or asset data domains.
• Knowledge of asset‑intensive sectors such as power, water, rail, government or facilities.
• Motivation to build an industry network and participate in professional communities.
