Executive Assistant to Chief Strategy & Growth Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer and Marketing Director within Nine’s Streaming & Broadcast division. This role goes beyond traditional admin duties, acting as a trusted operational partner in a fast‑paced media environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel arrangements and executive logistics.
• Prioritise tasks and ensure executives are prepared for key meetings and decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships across Strategy, Marketing and the broader Nine Group.
• Support key projects and initiatives, keeping teams connected and progressing.
• Identify smarter ways of working and adopt new technology and AI tools to boost efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative, positive and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Significant Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in a complex corporate setting.
• Exceptional organisational ability and confidence managing multiple priorities.
• Outstanding judgement, discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset, anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
• High emotional intelligence, resilience and a collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Advanced Google Workspace proficiency.
• Interest and experience using AI tools such as Gemini to improve productivity.
