Executive Assistant to Chief Property Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Property Officer at Perth Airport. This role sits at the heart of the organisation, interacting with internal and external stakeholders and contributing to key projects and executive priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
• Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and board papers in line with brand standards.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagements, events, and internal communications with professionalism.
• Maintain document and records management systems and oversee office administrative processes.
• Handle financial administration tasks such as purchase orders, invoice processing, accruals, and budget tracking.
• Collaborate on special projects, business initiatives, and process‑improvement efforts across the executive office.
• Act as a liaison across teams and departments, fostering strong relationships.

Required profile

• Extensive experience supporting senior and executive leaders.
• Relevant tertiary qualification such as a Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong commercial acumen, particularly within property, leasing, or related sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
