About the role
FORGE, an award-winning design and construction firm building outdoor structures in Australia, is looking for an Executive Assistant to its Business Development Lead. The role owns the coordination, administration and pipeline management that keeps the sales function moving, so the BD Lead can focus on winning work. The position is based at the Norwest office.
Key responsibilities

- Keep the CRM accurate across contacts, accounts and opportunities; log meeting notes and actions within 24 hours and flag stalled deals.
- Prepare pre-meeting briefings, manage follow-ups and plan interstate and regional travel.
- Coordinate handovers of opportunities to the sales team, including handover packs, CRM updates and follow-through.
- Compile weekly pipeline summaries, monthly and quarterly reports, and BD KPI data for board packs and leadership reviews.
- Coordinate weekly pipeline meetings and client events such as lunch and learns, CPD sessions and project tours.
Required profile
- 2+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator or similar, ideally supporting a senior, client-facing leader.
- Excellent written communication and confidence drafting on an executive's behalf.
- Discretion, sound judgement and a calm head when priorities shift.
- Bonus points for a B2B sales background, experience with local government or construction clients, or event coordination experience.
Required skills
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent).
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience preparing sales reports, pipeline summaries or briefing packs.
What we offer
- A role with direct commercial impact, helping the firm win work.
- Culture that encourages ideas to streamline and automate, from CRM workflows to AI tools.
- Work on projects that build bridges, playgrounds, boardwalks and shade structures across Australia.
- Free on-site parking at the Norwest office, or a short walk from the Metro.
