Executive Assistant (Mandarin Speaking)

About the role

This position supports the Group CEO directly, acting as a trusted partner in a fast‑moving, high‑trust environment. The role is bilingual, requiring fluency in Mandarin and English, and involves turning strategic ideas into concrete actions across multiple businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate across the CEO Office, tracking strategic priorities, decisions, actions and follow‑ups.
• Attend CEO meetings, capture key discussion points, and prepare briefing notes, summaries, research and presentation material.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, external stakeholders and senior leaders, including Mandarin‑English translation when needed.
• Support meeting structure, accountability and execution rhythm.
• Assist with new business initiatives, strategic partnerships and operational projects.
• Conduct market, competitor, industry and partnership research.
• Consolidate information across systems, teams and projects.
• Provide travel, event and occasional personal coordination support.

Required profile

• Background in executive support, CEO office, business coordination, project coordination, operations, consulting or strategy support.
• Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills.
• Full working rights in Australia and a current open driver licence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High level of discretion, professionalism and ownership.
• Excellent written communication for summaries, briefing notes and follow‑ups.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and shifting timelines.
