About the role
BDO is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support partners, directors and senior leaders within its Advisory team. You will act as a trusted business partner, providing high‑level executive, operational and stakeholder support to enable leaders to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administration support to ensure smooth and efficient processes across the Advisory business.
- Manage diaries for partners and directors, schedule appointments, resolve conflicts and prioritize tasks.
- Prepare client engagement documentation, edit reports, presentations and briefing papers.
- Support project set‑up, workflow coordination and operational activities across client engagements.
- Coordinate month‑end billing, financial administration and reporting requirements.
- Arrange travel bookings and accommodation for partners and team members.
- Organise team initiatives such as meetings, training, onboarding, employee movements and events.
- Maintain client and project data with high accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with business improvement initiatives and broader Advisory team administration.
Required profile
- Significant experience in a similar executive assistant role within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Proven ability to support multiple senior leaders in a fast‑paced, complex setting.
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to anticipate needs and work autonomously.
- Collaborative mindset and genuine passion for enabling leaders and teams to perform at their best.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Workday PSA (highly regarded).
- Strong communication skills and ability to produce professional, high‑quality documentation.
