Executive Assistant

About the role

The Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC) is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Chief Executive Officer. Based in Melbourne, this role provides high‑level administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team, acting as a key point of connection across a geographically dispersed organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s diary and inbox across multiple time zones, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
• Coordinate board interactions, liaise with the Company Secretary and support Board‑related processes.
• Oversee internal processes such as team onboarding and off‑boarding, and administer the annual employee engagement survey and action plan.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the senior leadership team, ensuring smooth execution of strategic projects and ad‑hoc activities.
• Serve as the first point of contact for external stakeholders, representing ISC professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar high‑level administrative role.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and act as a central hub of information for a dispersed team.
• Professional communication skills and a polished demeanor when interacting with senior executives and external partners.
