About the role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to our Category & RGM Director, Integrated Business Planning Director and Strategy Director during an exciting growth phase. This 12‑month fixed‑term position works four days a week and ensures the executives and their teams can focus on strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative support, keeping the directors organised and prepared.
- Manage complex diaries, meeting schedules and coordination across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Plan and execute meetings, handling agendas, pre‑reading, rooms, technology, actions and follow‑ups.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, process expenses, purchase orders and invoices in line with company policies.
- Draft communications, documents and presentations on behalf of the leaders.
- Support team rhythms such as off‑sites, conferences, onboarding and key people processes.
- Maintain team tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint sites and email distribution lists.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations.
Required profile
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator or Administrator in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, deadlines and multiple tasks with empathy.
- High degree of discretion, confidentiality and business acumen.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting during periods of change.
- Strong learning agility and quick adoption of new systems.
- Proactive mindset with confidence to think differently and challenge the norm.
