Event Coordinator – Melbourne

About the role

We are looking for an organised, proactive Event Coordinator to join our growing Events team at iD Collective in Melbourne. You will help bring bold brand activations, custom builds and disruptive experiences to life for leading fashion, lifestyle, beauty and FMCG brands.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end event logistics for high‑profile brand activations.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and budgets.
• Support on‑ground execution, including set‑up, staffing and post‑event wrap‑up.
• Collaborate with internal creative, PR and digital teams to align event concepts with brand strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in an event agency environment.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to build relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
• Team‑first mindset, initiative and a can‑do attitude.
