Event Coordinator – Corporate Events (Sydney)

About the role

As an Event Coordinator at Westpac in Sydney, you will help deliver high‑impact internal and client‑facing events. The role is full‑time for 12 months, based on‑site five days a week, and may involve occasional travel, evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end event support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling and invoice processing.
• Coordinate logistics with the Events team, from venue booking to material packing and unpacking.
• Prepare, print and organise event collateral and assist with on‑site execution.
• Support the planning and administration of corporate events, ensuring all details meet Westpac’s standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event coordination within a corporate or professional setting.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
