About the role
EnerMech is seeking a commercially focused Estimator to develop competitive tender submissions and support the growth of its Australian operations. The role involves creating accurate cost models for industrial services projects and collaborating with operations and technical experts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed labour, equipment, material, and subcontract cost estimates.
- Build tender pricing models and support project P&L forecasts.
- Collaborate with Operations and Technical SMEs to optimise delivery methodologies.
- Analyse cost drivers, productivity assumptions, and resource requirements.
- Conduct market benchmarking and competitive analysis.
- Lead cost risk assessments and maintain estimating databases.
Required profile
- Experience in estimating, tendering, project controls, commercial or related disciplines.
- Background in Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy or Infrastructure industries is highly regarded.
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel skills.
