Key responsibilities

  • Support earnings forecasts, valuations, investment views and stock recommendations, and draft company research, results commentary, sector updates and thematic publications.
  • Monitor sector, macroeconomic and regulatory developments, including interest rates, capital markets activity and real estate fundamentals, and contribute to research on property subsectors such as office, retail, industrial, residential and diversified property.

Required skills

  • Strong financial modelling, accounting, forecasting and valuation capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret company financial information and turn complex analysis into clear investment insights.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound commercial judgement and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

What we offer

  • Employee assistance program and wellbeing benefits, and salary packaging options.
  • Learning and development opportunities, including reimbursement for professional memberships.
  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements, and reimbursement for work-from-home equipment.
