About the role

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to address customer enquiries.
• Provide clear information about products and policies, guiding customers to suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using our internal systems.
• Adapt working hours to ensure coverage when customers need assistance.
• Work from a home‑based setup with a reliable internet connection.
