Enterprise Onboarding Engineer

About the role

Join Sectigo’s global team as an Enterprise Onboarding Engineer, helping customers move from proof‑of‑concept to production on our cloud‑native certificate lifecycle management platform. You will act as the technical liaison, ensuring smooth implementations and high‑quality customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onboarding services for proof‑of‑concept and production deployments of Sectigo’s product portfolio.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert during post‑sales engagements, translating platform capabilities into business value.
• Maintain clear communication and regular updates in the ticketing system throughout the onboarding process.
• Contribute to the Onboarding Readiness Program by improving processes, updating knowledge bases, and documenting best practices.
• Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in a customer implementation role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality results.

Required skills

• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) – preferred.
• Linux/Solaris/UNIX system administration.
• Azure, GCP or AWS certification – preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Certificate Authority, Windows servers and workstations.
• Proficiency with Linux platforms, web servers, firewalls/load balancers.
• Knowledge of PKI, SSL, X509, network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with public cloud services, eCommerce, CDN, DNS, WAF.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and REST API integration.
